Hardware is a shiny silver, straps are almost perfect, there are little tiny cracks in the handles that I found with my magnifying glass! The second picture shows the cracks in the handle. I was able to zoom in on it. The interior has three sections, the center section is zippered. There is also a zippered pocket on the inside and slip pocket on the back wall of the bag.
